How to stop Meandering of Mind
Meditation is the process through which one reaches a mental stage where you feel the presence of a unique personality present deep inside yourself. this is the real image of oneself and it's a thrill to get face to face oneself.At reaching this stage all fears of mind seems to disappear and mind become extremely relax and stable, it feels like a merger of a turbulent and violent flow of the river into a quiet, deep and endless ocean where only silence and deep silence is present as far as sight can see.One forgets his physical body and sees only this endless ocean and his unique presence and time seem standstill forever. Meditation helps you in channeling your energy in the right direction. By learning to remain calm in the time of troublesome circumstances, you are able to focus on the things you should. Listening to ‘Binaural waves’ music also helps in relaxing your brain cells, hence making them more aware of the moment.
Yoga went global
The International Yoga Day was observed on 21 June 2015 in United Nations General Assembly(UNGA) and the whole global community finally understood and realized the importance of it that in this modern, integrated world which is quite full of hustle and bustle, people have everything but they are not happy. Now it is celebrated on the same day every year and when it comes to India this ancient tradition has been known and practiced since time immemorial to Indian masses.
If Yoga and Meditation become an integral part of their life style as a hobby, a hobby is something that we do it on regular basis in leisure time, then it would be a miracle. As we grow up from adolescence to adulthood, some hormones start playing within all of us. During this phase, many youth resorts to various type of activity, bad habits, they become a drug addict, chain smoker, alcoholic. Some of them do it in order to sound cool on the other hand some do to avoid pain and not able to see and face reality.When they start expecting so much from our their lives and they don't get it, frustration level goes up and their confidence level goes down.Today everyone has different aims and ambitions, every moment world provides a platform to fulfill their own dreams, on the other hand, this the world is also full distraction ,there is too much competition and they find difficult to survive. Many youths commit suicide when they were not able to clear competitive examination like NEET, IITJEE and UPSC etc.They fail to feel that success does not come overnight but it takes years to be successful overnight. Many of them are victim of clinical depression.Hardly anyone try to understand the problem of youth. To put an end all these problem,Yoga, Meditation,Proper Counselling ,Regular exercise are very necessary.

It has immense potential to transform lives and unleash your true potential. By it, you learn to respect yourself. .Meditation gives you an enormous power to buy which you remain peaceful and strong in a difficult situation.It takes you to a new level, where you can see your real self.it helps you to find out your strength and weaknesses.
It is a constant improvement over myself and day by day I am getting more stronger, more powerful and more peaceful. And in today's world, everyone needs emotional strength, inner peace, to deal with the everyday situation effectively and to find its solution. By meditation, I am learning these things.
As meditation gives you calmness and tranquility of mind and yoga brings flexibility in your body.After meditation and yoga, for an hour, everything looks like so peaceful and energetic, it will keep you focused and energised throughout the day and it is the only way to connect with yourself and at the end of the day you can check yourself self via meditation how was the day, how you reacted to every situation, what useful things you did, was your day productive today and where you went wrong. Therefore, it also teaches you how to respond and not to react unnecessarily.
As per studies, Meditation and Yoga have always been always a part of success holders, as any student has to excel in studies, then concentration is key to success, concentration simply means pointedness of mind on a particular object.Meditation helps in increasing the retention power of your brain as well and so when you are studying your brain can grasp new concepts well. Therefore through conscious effort, you can have a good memory and it will enable to be a fast learner.
Chaos and conflict that you see around yourself first manifest in your mind, later on in the form of violence, physical assault on innocent people, smuggling, and plundering of natural resources surface around you.Thus, it's necessary to train the brain of young mind so they can have better future
Inner Awakening
By constant practice, you can reach an advanced level of consciousness, where your mind will be fixed and You may be elevated beyond your body, mind and even soul and that's called Samadhi.There were various personalities in the past in the arena of meditation, Gautam Buddha, Swami Vivekananda, Aurobindo Ghosh, and Osho Rajneesh etc.who crossed the higher level of consciousness.
Saving Precious Time
It keeps you away from negative and unwanted thoughts, make a good choice and make a healthy decision in your life. By doing so, you can save your ample amount of time and could be utilized for some creative and productive work to make our surroundings a better place and a better society. For instance, you can teach children and guide junior nearby you in this way it will also enhance your knowledge, your doubts will be cleared about subject matter.there are so many things could be done.As students waste for mood swing and various useless activities, as time is more precious than gold and silver.
Youth could be the biggest agency of change, it will have a huge impact on the society.As India has so many social issues ex , sanitation. Progress of any nation depends on how youth of any nation is productive, and progressive are?
On a Personal Note
Just as we need air, food, water for our survival our soul also needs nourishment and it can be done by yoga and meditation.As truly said that the healthy mind lies in a healthy body the same way a healthy soul is also essential.When our soul is nourished and strong no matter what comes in life we overcome it and that too we emerge as victorious.so I personally feel that besides feeding our stomach we should also work to strengthen our soul.it keeps us going in a balanced and a calm way.
Nowadays there has emerged many strands of yoga and meditation all over the world, and people practice it what suits them but its ultimate aim is same to have physical fitness and mental well-being
the day I don't do meditation, I feel like I forgot to take medicine in the early morning. No better way could be to start our day with meditation and yoga, investing 20-30 min of your life daily will give you much more what you can expect from your own life.To sum up, yoga and meditation make life complete and healthy.
